Q&S are a totally professional organisation - extremely co-operative, flexible and very creative when asked for ideas regarding upgrading or replanting of areas.
It is well documented in meeting minutes that the maintenance team have responded quickly and efficiently to issues relating to the day to day running of individual sites. The level of their workmanship and attention to detail has resulted in all sites running smoothly and looking immaculate at all times and is a credit to all involved. We feel that the service provided by Q&S and their gardening teams is second to none.
Q&S have carried out both our external and internal gardening contracts on site since September 2001. They are a reliable pro-active company who have always provided a good calibre of staff on site.
NJC have a close relationship with Q&S. Our teams work well together and there is a real feeling of teamwork and there is often the need to assist each other in achieving our goals, working in close partnership for the benefit of our clients.
We have worked with the Q&S team at Green Park since they were awarded the contract in January 2013. Since this time they have carried out both maintenance and capital works to a high standard and with total client satisfaction. They have maintained a stable, capable and committed workforce. Their staff have gone beyond the provisions of the contract and engaged with a number of local interest groups in giving talks and site tours. We would recommend them for other contracts.
Quality & Service were awarded the exterior landscaping contract for Green Park in January 2013, and immediately set to work on improving and sharpening the look of the landscaping around the 195 acre business community though their attention to detail and stringent horticultural maintenance programmes. Their strong, highly visible and professional management style has ensured that any actions required pertaining to landscaping issues have been dealt with quickly and effectively. The quality and quantity of their work, both maintenance and projects, has consistently been of a high standard reflected in their month on month. KPI scores in excess of 120%. The landscaping at Green Park, since Q&S took over the management of the contract, has improved significantly and regularly attracts positive comments from all quarters - the owners (Oxford Properties), marketing agents, occupiers and other Park users - and is a real credit to all involved. Q&S further excel in delivering initiatives on all fronts with additional input to the bio-diversity programme to a very high level. We feel that the service provided by Q&S and their gardening team is exemplary.
